目的:了解美沙酮门诊工作人员对美沙酮与艾滋病的知识、态度以及相关行为特点,探讨现阶段门诊工作中存在的问题,为有关部门制定针对不同人群的培训措施提供基础资料和科学依据。方法:通过调查问卷的方式获取研究对象资料,采用Excel软件进行数据录入,SPSS16.0进行统计分析。结果:(1)工作人员对AIDS基本知识的知晓率,89.3%的被调查对象清楚地认识到不能从外表判断一个人是否患有艾滋病;传播途径方面,绝大多数人都知道正确的传播途径,血液传播、母婴传播、性传播知晓率分别为99.3%、93.3%和87.9%;错误的传播途径知晓率略低,知道蚊虫叮咬和共用餐具不会传播的分别为79.9%和78.5%,知道握手和飞沫不会传播的分别为85.2%和73.2%。有49名被调查对象答对该问卷所有问题,全对率为32.9%。医生全对率为50.0%,护士全对率为40.3%,安保人员全对率为0,三者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。(2)工作人员对待艾滋病及艾滋病病人的态度和行为在被问及是否愿意与艾滋病病人生活在同一社区时,仅有32.2%的人表示愿意,选择不愿意和无所谓的分别为18.1%和49.7%;96.7%的人认为卫生部门不能拒绝治疗艾滋病病人;93.3%的人会主动去了解艾滋病相关知识;若认识的人中有艾滋病患者,38.3%的人会与以前一样交往,19.5%的人不愿意继续交往,同情关心的人占40.9%,2人选择了轻视他。结论:美沙酮门诊工作人员艾滋病知识掌握情况较好,而对待艾滋病人、吸毒者的态度较差,在工作中的行为也有待改善。美沙酮门诊作为艾滋病防治及控制毒品的宣传窗口,其工作人员的素质在信息传播中起重要作用,必须加强工作人员的能力建设。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the knowledge, attitude and related behaviors of methadone clinic staff on methadone and AIDS, explore the existing problems in outpatient clinic work and provide basic information and scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate training measures for different groups of people. The overall rate of doctors was 50.0%, that of nurses was 40.3%, and that of security personnel was 0. There was significant difference among the three (P <0.01). (2) Attitudes and Behavior of Staff on AIDS and AIDS Patients When asked whether they were willing to live in the same community as AIDS patients, only 32.2% of them said they were willing. Conclusion: Methadone clinic staff have better knowledge of HIV / AIDS and are less able to treat AIDS patients and drug addicts. Their behaviors at work also need to be improved. Methadone clinics as AIDS prevention and control of drug promotion window, the quality of its staff plays an important role in the dissemination of information, we must strengthen the capacity building of staff.
