中学教学是我国九年义务教学的最后一个阶段,同时也是最为重要的一个教学阶段,不仅是对学生之前学习的深化,更是学生继续进入高中学习的基础。所以,做好中学教学的管理和创新对促进学生的发展有重要作用。在新课程改革的带背景下,这种要求就更为强烈。要求中学教学全面实施有效的管理和教学方式,摆脱传统教育的种种弊端,开创新时期背景下高中教学的管理的新局面,促进学生的成长成才,促进我国素质教育的有效开展。本篇文章主要针对新课程理念下中学的管理和创新进行相应的探究和分析,力图运用正确的教学理念和教学方式实施教学和管理,保障中学教学的活动的正常开展。
Middle school teaching is the last stage of nine-year compulsory education in our country. It is also the most important teaching stage. It not only deepens students’ prior learning, but also continues to enter the basis of high school learning.
