在实验教学实验中,将霍尔传感器的计数、测转速、测位移等多个功能集中到一个实验箱中开发应用是实验教学的一大创新点。为了实现这一教学目标,文章主要采用可兼容的控制芯片STC89C52和霍尔元件WY44E,完成了多功能霍尔式传感器计数、测转速、测位移原理的理论分析,给出了各功能模块电路图,对实验数据进行了记录,并对结论进行了总结,能够满足中学和大学的物理实验及传感器实验等教学需求。
In the experimental teaching experiment, it is a major innovation of experimental teaching to develop and apply Hall-effect sensor counting, measuring rotational speed, measuring displacement and so on into one experimental box. In order to achieve this teaching goal, the article mainly adopts the compatible control chip STC89C52 and Hall element WY44E to complete the theoretical analysis of multi-function hall sensor counting, measuring speed and measuring displacement principle. The circuit diagram of each function module is given, The experimental data were recorded and the conclusion was summarized, which can meet the teaching needs of physics experiment and sensor experiment in middle school and university.
