目的分析河北省衡水市哈励逊国际和平医院乳腺癌术后化疗辅助用药情况。方法随机抽取普外科、肿瘤内科主要诊断为“手术后恶性肿瘤化学治疗”的乳腺癌病历各50份,共计100份,对患者的化疗辅助用药情况进行分析。结果 100份病历共涉及药品13类,40种,使用率最高的为止吐药87例次、其次为肝炎辅助用药85例次,免疫增强剂80例次,质子泵抑制剂79例次,中药抗癌药75例次。结论该院乳腺癌术后化疗辅助用药情况存在一些问题,需要进一步规范。
Objective To analyze the adjuvant chemotherapy of postoperative breast cancer in Harrison International Peace Hospital of Hengshui City, Hebei Province. Methods A total of 50 cases of breast cancer were randomly divided into general surgery and medical department of Oncology. The total number of cases was 100, and the patients’ adjuvant chemotherapy was analyzed. Results A total of 100 cases of medical records were involved in 13 categories and 40 kinds of medical records. The most frequently used drugs were 87 cases with the highest usage rate, followed by 85 cases with hepatitis adjuvant, 80 cases with immunostimulant, 79 cases with proton pump inhibitor, Cancer drugs 75 cases times. Conclusion There are some problems in postoperative chemotherapy adjuvant treatment of breast cancer in this hospital, which needs further specification.
