在11月25日下午结束的亚太经合组织第四次领导人非正式会议上,共通过三个文件。《亚太经合组织经济技术合作原则框架宣言》,是一个加强地区经济技术合作的指导性文件。这份文件的通过,为推动亚太经合组织内部贸易投资自由化和经济技术合作创造了条件。从明年1月开始实行的《马尼拉行动计划》,包括了在贸易投资自由化领域各成员的单边行动计划和集体行动计划,以及亚太经合组织350个经济科技合作项目进展情况的报告。
At the fourth APEC Informal Meeting on APEC ended in the afternoon of November 25, a total of three documents were passed. The “Framework Declaration on the Principles of Economic and Technological Cooperation of APEC” is a guiding document for strengthening regional economic and technological cooperation. The passage of this document has created the conditions for promoting intra-APEC trade and investment liberalization and economic and technological cooperation. The Manila Plan of Action, which is in force from January next year, includes the unilateral and collective plans of action of all members in the area of trade and investment liberalization and the report on the progress of the 350 economic and technological cooperation projects of APEC.
