目的 观察肠道和静脉途径给予外源性超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)对血浆和脑组织SOD、过氧化脂质(LPO)、还原性谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量的影响 ,并探讨其可能的作用机制 ;方法 采用分光光度法测定大鼠静脉注射(iv)及灌胃 (ig)SOD后血清及脑组织中的SOD、LPO、GSH含量的变化 ;结果 iv及igSOD均可使血清及脑组织中SOD水平升高 ,LPO下降 ,血浆及脑组织的GSH变化不明显。结论 SOD可经肠上皮转运进入血循环 ,并可经血脑屏障转运进入脑组织而起作用。
Objective To observe the effects of exogenous superoxide dismutase (SOD) on the contents of SOD, LPO and GSH in the plasma and brain tissues by the intestine and vein, Methods The spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of SOD, LPO and GSH in the serum and brain tissue of rats after intravenous (iv) and intragastric (ig) SOD. Results Both iv and igSOD could make the serum and SOD levels in brain tissue increased, LPO decreased, plasma and brain GSH changes were not obvious. Conclusion SOD can enter the blood circulation through the intestinal epithelium and transport into the brain through the blood-brain barrier.
