成都工业用呢总厂系由西南财经大学所属华阳实业公司于1988年贷款组建的集体企业。1989年1月投产。主要管理人员为高校教师、国营企业退休工程师及分配来厂的大学生,工人为农民工,一般管理人员从工人中选拔,无退休人员负担。前几年由于种种原因,两次濒临倒闭。1993年在成都市青羊区体改委指导下,改组为股份合作制企业。
The Chengdu Industrial General Plant is a collective enterprise established by loans from Huayang Industrial Company, a subsidiary of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, in 1988. It was put into production in January 1989. The main management personnel are college teachers, retired engineers of state-owned enterprises, and university students assigned to the factory. The workers are migrant workers. The general managerial personnel are selected from among the workers, and there is no burden on retirees. In previous years, due to various reasons, it was on the verge of collapse. In 1993 under the guidance of the Qingyang District Economic Reform Commission of Chengdu, the company was restructured into a share cooperative enterprise.
