本文概述了福建省38年来抗瘟品种的利用研究状况,包括水稻品种的更迭,主要品种的亲缘关系,福建省稻瘟病菌生理小种的组成和变动及一些代表性品种与稻瘟病菌生理小种的反应。针对当前抗瘟育种研究中存在的主要技术问题,讨论了抗瘟育种研究的方向和技术路线。提出当前应把抗ZB_(15)、ZB_9、ZB_(3)、ZC_(15)、和ZG1等小种的基因尽可能集合于一个优良品种(组合)之中;应对初筛出来的750份抗源进行抗稻瘟病菌生理小种的抗谱分析及遗传分析。必须加强我省的鉴别品种、鉴别菌系的筛选。加强水稻品种与稻瘟病菌互相作用的生理生化反应指标研究,以期提高抗瘟性鉴定的技术水平。
This paper summarizes the utilization status of the anti-epidemic varieties in Fujian Province for 38 years, including the change of rice varieties, the genetic relationship of the main varieties, the composition and variation of physiological races of Pyricularia grisea in Fujian Province and the physiological diversity of some representative varieties and Magnaporthe grisea Kind of reaction. In view of the main technical problems existing in the research of blast-breeding at present, the research direction and technical route of blast-resistant breeding are discussed. It is suggested that the genes of ZB_ (15), ZB_9, ZB_ (3), ZC_ (15), and ZG1 should be integrated into a good variety (combination) as far as possible.
