我国水情自动测报工作在70年代后期刚刚起步时,基本上采用模拟通信方式.随着电信事业的发展,水情自动测报工作有了很大进展,目前已开发用于水情自动测报系统数据传输的卫星通信系统主要有Inmarsat和VAST.Inmarsat卫星系统分为空间段、地面站和移动站三大部分,Inmarsat-C是其中最轻便的一种,是以存贮一转发方式提供低速数据通信,最适合于水情数据通信业务.Inmarsat-C有两种不同的通信方式,即信文方式和数据报告方式,数据报告方式下的传输路由有3种类型,类型2和类型3较适合于在水情自动测报系统中应用.
Automatic hydrological forecasting work in China just started in the late 1970s, basically using analog communications. With the development of telecom industry, great progress has been made in automatic water regime measurement and reporting. So far, Inmarsat and VAST have been developed for satellite communication systems for data transmission of automatic water regime information system. Inmarsat satellite system is divided into three sections: space segment, ground station and mobile station. Inmarsat-C is one of the lightest ones. It provides low-speed data communication by means of storage-forwarding and is most suitable for hydrological data communication service. Inmarsat-C has two different communication methods, ie, message mode and data reporting mode. There are three types of transmission routes in data reporting mode. Type 2 and Type 3 are more suitable for automatic measurement and reporting system in hydrological regime.
