近期,传媒陆续报道了一些机关与干部的工作作风问题,如传达室是“二衙门”,不能正确对待来自方方面面的不同意见,乃至打击“上访者”,报复举报人等。归纳起来,这些不良或有害的工作作风的共性就是听不得不同意见。 不同意见的最大传播渠道就是新闻媒体,这与它们的工作性质和任务有关。但是,早已耳闻有关部委和中央电视台附近常常住了一些来自全国各地的大小官员,其中多半是冲着一些非表扬性报道
