目的探讨慢性正己烷中毒对中枢神经系统的损害及预后。方法对2例慢性正己烷中毒病例的临床表现及脑电图检查资料进行分析。结果 2例患者头痛、头晕症状较周围神经病症状出现为早,且呈进行性加重;脑电图检查异常主要表现为θ波活动明显增多等。结论慢性正已烷中毒以周围神经系统损害为主,但头痛、头晕等中枢神经症状也应重视,及时脱离作业并积极治疗,预后较好。
Objective To investigate the damage and prognosis of central nervous system caused by chronic n-hexane poisoning. Methods Two cases of chronic n-hexane poisoning clinical manifestations and electroencephalography data were analyzed. Results The headache and dizzy symptoms of 2 patients were earlier than those of peripheral neuropathy, and progressive worsening was observed in 2 patients. The abnormality of EEG was mainly manifested by the increase of θ wave activity. Conclusion Chronic n-hexane poisoning mainly causes peripheral nervous system damage. However, headache, dizziness and other symptoms of central nervous system should also be taken seriously. It should be separated from homework in time and actively treated. The prognosis is good.
