通过调研发现,目前存在统计标准和制度落后于市场发展,胶合板和木地板产量数据存在重复统计现象,规模以下企业的林产品产量统计存在漏统,统计人员对统计指标理解存在偏差等问题。建议:完善统计指标设量,合理划分产品分类;加大数据巡查力度,强化数据源头管理;加强基础统计力量,提升统计人员素质能力。
The survey shows that there are currently statistical standards and systems lagging behind the development of the market. There are repeated statistics on the production data of plywood and wood flooring. Statistics on forest products output of enterprises below designated size are still missing, and statisticians have misunderstandings on statistical indicators. Suggestion: Improve the quantity of statistical indicators and classify product categories rationally; intensify data inspection efforts and strengthen data source management; strengthen the basic statistical power and improve the quality of statisticians.
