2000年7月3日,全国首家省级会计核算中心在陕西省正式挂牌成立。在此之前,湖北省荆州市沙市区成立了全国首家县级会计核算中心,浙江省金华市成立了全国首家地级会计核算中心。金华市推行会计核算中心的改革措施引起了社会的广泛关注,得到了各级领导的充分肯定。朱镕基总理在今年年初的省部级领导干部财税研讨班上指出:金华市机关会计核算中心的做法比会计委派更彻底。请看报道——
July 3, 2000, the country’s first provincial-level accounting center was formally established in Shaanxi Province. Prior to this, Shashi District, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, set up the country’s first county-level accounting center, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province set up the country’s first prefecture-level accounting center. Jinhua City, the implementation of accounting reform measures has aroused widespread concern in the community, has been fully affirmed by the leaders at all levels. Premier Zhu Rongji pointed out at the seminar on fiscal and taxation at the provincial and ministerial level leading cadres earlier this year that the practice of the accounting and accounting center of Jinhua authorities is more thorough than that of accounting.
