上海的软件企业经过10年发展,现已初具规模。目前,上海有软件企业约500家,从业人员约2.5万,分别约占全国的12％。1999年上海软件产值约35亿元人民币。 上海的软件出口始于80年代中期,目前全市有约100家企业有软件出口业务。但这些企业一般没有固定的出口数额,通常是能接到定单就做,按不到就不做,只有一批中小型的合资、独资软件公司的出口比较稳定,构成了软件出口的中坚力量。1999年,上海软件出口达3500多万美元,同印度等软件业发达国家相
Shanghai’s software companies after 10 years of development, is now beginning to take shape. At present, there are about 500 software enterprises in Shanghai with about 25,000 employees, accounting for about 12% of the national total respectively. Shanghai’s software output in 1999 was about 3.5 billion yuan. Shanghai’s software exports began in the mid-1980s, the current city has about 100 companies have software export business. However, these enterprises generally do not have fixed export quotas. Usually, they can receive orders. If they do not do so, only a batch of small and medium-sized joint ventures and wholly-owned software companies will have relatively stable exports, which form the backbone of software exports.
