21世纪是科技竞争日益激烈的时代,而科技的核心竞争力就是人才。双师型教师是一种复合型人才,培养难度较大,培养时间也较长。《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出的“高素质教育人才培养工程”中,特别指出了“双师型”教师的培养问题,双师型教师的认定主要在职业道德、教育知识与能力、专业技术知识与能力、团队协作能力和身心素质等方面进行综合考评,建立基于教学能力与实践技能双向发展的双师型教师能力素质模型,从而构建培养体系。基于此,对双师型教师的能力素质模型建设做了初步探索和分析。
