城乡一体化是我国现代化和城市化发展的一个新阶段,要把工业与农业、城市与乡村、城镇居民与农村居民作为一个整体,统筹谋划和推进,以改变长期形成的城乡二元经济结构,使整个城乡经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展。农发行作为农业政策性银行推进城乡发展一体化,既是职能定位所系,也是未来业务发展的主要方向。笔者拟结合宿迁农发行的实际,对基层农发行支持城乡发展一体化谈谈粗浅看法。一、基层农发行支持城乡一体化责无旁贷
