中山市小榄镇华侨中学数学科组坚持“启导读议法”教学试验四年,学生的学业成绩和智能都有了明显的提高。1984年123人参加升高中考试,平均成绩67.3分,比全市平均分高出25分,合格率60.2％:1985年160人参加省升高中统考,平均成绩97.1分,比全市平均分高出40分,合格率95.3％,超过100分的有59人,占报考人数的53％。该校领导从党的教育方针出发,组织教师认真领会邓小平同志提出的“三个面向”的指示精神,分析传统教学方法的弊端,分析哪些是不符合教学规律的做法。认识到时代在前进,科技在发展,需要我们不断地改进教学方法,讲求教学效率,使学生掌握学习的方法,用较少的时间,学得更多、更好、更活。
