《药物分析》是生物工程专业设置的一门主干课程,主要涉及有机化学、无机化学、分析化学、物理化学、药物化学、仪器分析、生物化学、药物化学、药剂学等多种学科,是一门综合性和实践性较强的课程。该课程的教学目标是让学生牢固掌握药学理论知识和药物分析技能,使学生能够胜任药品研究、生产、供应和临床使用过程中的分析检验工作,具备探索解决药品质量问题的基本能力。本文从理论教学、实验教学、教学手段、教学评价四个方面入手,对生物工程专业《药物分析》教学框架的构建进行研究。
Pharmacological Analysis is a key course set up by bioengineering major, which mainly includes organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, medicinal chemistry, instrumental analysis, biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, pharmacy and other disciplines. Comprehensive and practical courses. The goal of this course is to equip students with a solid theoretical knowledge of pharmacy and analytical skills in pharmacy so that students can perform analytical tests in the research, production, supply and clinical use of medicines, and have the basic ability to explore solutions to the quality problems of medicines. This article starts from the four aspects of theoretical teaching, experimental teaching, teaching methods and teaching evaluation, and studies the construction of teaching framework of “pharmacy analysis” in bioengineering.
