This paper analyzes the appropriate technologies and the economic growth in developing countries in a standard endogenous growth model. It points out that the appropriateness of technology depends on the ability of developing countries to absorb and utilize advanced technologies in developed countries. However, in developing countries, Absorptive capacity depends on the level of per capita human capital in developing countries. The reason for the failure of developing countries to introduce technology and the poor performance of economic growth is that the technology introduced by developing countries is not suitable for developing countries. The reason for the unfavorable technologies is that the technology introduced by developing countries and the low economy Per capita human capital level does not match. Therefore, raising the rate of human capital savings and generally raising the level of human capital of ordinary laborers should become a feasible strategic choice for the governments of developing countries.
