C_1、C_2神经根神经鞘瘤极少见,通常包括在脊髓神经鞘瘤或枕骨大孔肿瘤系列中。约占脊髓神经鞘瘤的5％和颈髓神经鞘瘤的18％。 作者回顾了1982—1992年十年中治疗的42例C_1、C_2神经鞘瘤病例,男女各21例,年龄18—80岁,平均45.6岁;病程3月—12年,平均26.8月。其中运动障碍83％、感觉障碍60％、括约肌功能障碍19％、头后部疼痛31％,运动时加重8％,17％的病人颈部僵硬,Lhermitt’s征5％。
C_1, C_2 nerve root schwannoma rare, usually included in the spinal schwannoma or foramen magnum tumor series. About 5% of spinal nerve schwannoma and cervical spinal schwannoma 18%. The authors reviewed 42 cases of C 1 and C 2 schwannoma treated in the decade of 1982-1992. There were 21 males and females, aged 18-80 years, with an average of 45.6 years. The course of disease ranged from March to 12 years, with an average of 26.8 months. 83% of them were dyskinesia, 60% of sensory disturbances, 19% of sphincter dysfunctions, 31% of back head pain, 8% of exercise, 17% of patients had neck stiffness and Lhermitt’s sign was 5%.
