福建省福州市小学音乐“林琴名师工作室”是在福州市教育局为贯彻落实市委市政府关于“争创省会一流教育”的指示精神下,于2009年12月正式成立的。工作室现有核心成员10名,学员60名(其中正高级教师1名,特级教师2名,高级教师5名,省中小学中青年学科带头人7名,福建省、市骨干教师10多名,还有多位全国、省市学科教学比赛一等奖获得者)。工作室由福州市教育学院指导开展具体工作,致力于打造福建市名优教师团队,充分发挥名校名师示范、指导、辐射作用,
