简要介绍由本实验室发展起来的内耦合萃反交替分离法在反应槽结构改进与扩大方面的研究进展。实验结果表明:对于浓度低于1g/L的稀土La3+溶液,改进型反应槽在有机相贮量上较原型反应槽降低了1个数量级;扩大后的单元设备处理能力可达250L/h,约为原型反应槽的50倍;稀土提取率可保持在99%以上。
The progress of the research on the improvement and enlargement of the reaction tank structure by the in-coupling extraction and reverse extraction separation method developed in our laboratory is briefly introduced. The experimental results show that for the rare earth La3 + solution with the concentration less than 1g / L, the modified reactor tank can reduce the volume of the organic phase by one order of magnitude compared with the prototype reactor tank; the expanded unit capacity can reach 250L / h 50 times for the prototype reaction tank; rare earth extraction rate can be maintained at above 99%.
