目的:对目前采用的快速筛检食源性致病菌的检测试剂盒进行比较。从中优选出较好的试剂盒,为2010年世博会现场快速检测提供依据。方法:对食源性致病细菌(单核细胞增生李斯特菌、大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7、志贺菌)快速检测试剂盒进行灵敏度和特异性比较。结果:通过比较试验,单核细胞增生李斯特菌快速检测北京宝特斯生物科技有限公司的产品较好;大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7快速检测上海博赛生物公司的产品较好;志贺菌的快速检测广州华峰科技有限公司的产品较好。结论:通过此项试验,可以建立现场快速检测筛查侦检程序,有效应对2010年世博会及口岸突发公共卫生事件的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the current detection kits for rapid screening of food-borne pathogens. The better kits were selected to provide the basis for the rapid test of the 2010 World Expo site. Methods: The sensitivity and specificity of the rapid test kit for food-borne pathogenic bacteria (Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli O157: H7, Shigella) were compared. Results: Through the comparative test, Listeria monocytogenes rapid detection of Beijing Bao Tesi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. products better; Escherichia coli O157: H7 rapid detection Shanghai Botai biological company’s products better; Shiga Rapid detection of bacteria Guangzhou Huafeng Technology Co., Ltd. products better. Conclusion: Through this test, we can set up a quick on-site detection and screening program to effectively deal with the public health emergencies at the 2010 World Expo and at ports.
