今年的特大洪水给农业生产带来了严重的困难。当前,灾区人民正面临着恢复生产和重建家园的双重任务。在恢复生产方面,一是要抓紧时间整理农田,赶种一季秋作物或冬作物,以减少洪灾造成的损失。在长江流域光温条件比较优越,冬季气温较高,种得好今年就可以获得好收成。二是有规划、有步骤地进行农田基本建设,特别是抓好水利、土壤、种子、肥料、林带方面的建设。下面介绍一些实际操作方法和注意事项,希望它能对广大灾区人民恢复生产、重建家园起些参考作用。
This year’s extraordinary flood brought serious difficulties to agricultural production. At present, people in disaster areas are facing the dual task of resuming production and rebuilding their homes. In terms of resuming production, we must seize the time to organize farmland and plant autumn crops or winter crops in order to reduce the losses caused by floods. Light and temperature in the Yangtze River Basin more favorable conditions, higher temperatures in winter, well planted this year can get a good harvest. Second, there is a planned and step-by-step infrastructure for farmland construction, especially in the areas of water conservancy, soil, seeds, fertilizers and forest belts. Here are some practical methods and precautions, I hope it can resume the production of the vast number of people in disaster-hit areas, to rebuild their homes for some reference.
