该课题为重庆市“九五”规划重点项目。由市政协牵头(主持人韦思琪,原政协副主席、教授级高工)、市政法委、市民政局、西南政法大学等几家共同参与。该成果为一部比较系统研究城市社区建设的专著,有重大的理论和实践意义。 该课题主要成果包括:两份调研报告:《社区建设与重庆振兴》,《考察归来话社区》;两份提案:《关于切实解决我市社区建设中存在问题的几点建议》,《建议规划、城建部门加强措施将居委会办公用房和社区服务用房纳入城市建设整体规划》;一部专著:《重庆城市社区建设探索》。
The subject for Chongqing “nine five ” planning key project. Led by the Municipal Political Consultative Conference (host Wei Siqi, former CPPCC Vice Chairman, Professor level senior engineer), Municipal Political and Law Commission, Civil Affairs Bureau, Southwest University of Political Science and several other participants. This achievement is a monograph that systematically studies the urban community construction, which has great theoretical and practical significance. The main achievements of the project include: two research reports: “Community Building and Rejuvenation in Chongqing” and “Returning Home”; two proposals: “Several Suggestions on Effectively Solving the Problems Existing in the Community Construction in Our City”; “Proposed Planning , Urban construction departments to step up measures will be neighborhood committees office space and community services into the overall urban construction planning ”; a monograph:“ Chongqing urban community exploration. ”
