从科学技术的角度看,改革是事关中国发展的命运与前途的社会系统工程。必须从科学技术的角度总结改革开放过程的方法论特点,使其上升为科学的方法和方法论,这个方法及其方法论就是社会工程的学问。社会工程是马克思主义理论不可分割的组成部分。没有社会工程,“实践、认识、再实践、再认识”这个循环往复的过程就是不完全的;人类认识社会、改造社会的任务就只是停留在理论解释上。社会工程的总体目标是以人为本,建设和谐社会,加快社会主义现代化建设,它是一门综合哲学、科学、技术、工程与社会的学科,它为哲学、自然科学与社会科学的工作者联盟,开辟了广阔的天地。
From the point of view of science and technology, reform is a social systematic project that concerns the destiny and future of China’s development. The methodological features of the process of reform and opening up must be summed up from the perspective of science and technology to make them rise to scientific methods and methodologies.
