从人工培养的灵芝菌丝体中分离纯化得灵芝含氮多糖(GanodermaPolysaccharideContainngNitrogen,GPSN)。经醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳和SephadexG-200柱层析两种方法证实GPSN为均一性灵芝含氮多糖。GPSN含赖氨酸等13种氨基酸,单糖组成为木糖,葡萄糖、半乳糖及半乳糖醛酸[1]。用GPSNig小白鼠(0.5ml4%GPSN/只·d),连续10d后,经测定表明:GPSN极显著地提高了小白鼠红细胞C3b受体酵母菌花环率及红细胞免疫复合物花环率。
Ganoderma Polysaccharide Containng Nitrogen (GPSN) was isolated and purified from artificially cultivated mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum. Cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis and Sephadex G-200 column chromatography were used to verify that GPSN is a homogenous Ganoderma lucidum nitrogen-containing polysaccharide. GPSN contains 13 kinds of amino acids such as lysine, and the monosaccharide consists of xylose, glucose, galactose and galacturonic acid [1]. Using GPSNig mice (0.5 ml 4% GPSN/d·d), after 10 days of continuous measurement, it was determined that: GPSN significantly increased the rate of yeast rosettes and rosette rate of red blood cell immune complexes in mouse red blood cell C3b receptors.
