采用紫外分光光度法及薄层扫描法，对中药口腔溃疡膜（以同处方的散剂为对照组）中所含黄柏、青黛的主要化学成分盐酸小檗碱、靛玉红进行测试对比分析。结果说明中药口腔溃疡膜的内在质量：由散剂制成膜剂后主要化学成分未产生显著变化。从而为中药口腔溃疡膜代替散剂的研究提供化学依据
