年前,我参加了农机部召开的部直属事业单位财务工作座谈会,主要座谈各单位1981年预算执行的情况和1982年的打算。会期虽短,但会开得很好,特别是会风好,使我深受教育。首先,是时间掌握得好,按时开会,准时结束。其次,是会议开得很俭朴,不仅没有茶水、香烟招待,而且不搞集体会餐和包伙,只按规定每人每天补贴二角钱,由自己掌握用餐;既不组织参观游览,也不招待看电影、看戏。外地代表都希望能去中南海瞻仰毛主席故居,但会议负责同志说。到年底了,大家工作都很忙,等下次再说吧!为了节省会议费开支,座谈会没有另租会
