探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测HIF-1α和VEGF在10例良性卵巢肿瘤、20例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和64例上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达。结果HIF-1α在良性卵巢肿瘤、交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和上皮性卵巢癌中阳性表达率分别为40%、60%、92.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HIF-1α在卵巢癌组织中表达和临床分期、淋巴结转移成正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF在卵巢癌组织中表达和临床分期、淋巴结转移、病理分型成正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组织中HIF-1α表达和VEGF表达之间成正相关(P<0.05)。结论HIF-1α和VEGF在卵巢癌的发生发展和淋巴转移中起重要作用,可能成为卵巢癌治疗和判断预后的可靠指标之一。HIF-1α通过上调VEGF的表达,刺激微血管形成,促进卵巢癌的浸润和转移。
To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in ovarian cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in 10 cases of benign ovarian tumor, 20 cases of borderline epithelial ovarian tumor and 64 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The positive rates of HIF-1α in benign ovarian tumors, borderline epithelial ovarian tumors and epithelial ovarian carcinomas were 40%, 60% and 92.2%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). HIF-1α Ovarian cancer tissue expression and clinical stage, lymph node metastasis was positively correlated, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of VEGF in ovarian cancer was positively correlated with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and pathological classification (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in ovarian cancer tissues (P <0.05). Conclusions HIF-1α and VEGF play an important role in the development and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer, which may be one of the reliable indicators for the treatment and prognosis of ovarian cancer. HIF-1α can stimulate the formation of microvessels and promote the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer by up-regulating the expression of VEGF.
