介绍了一种微波加工新技术,即变频微波段(VFM)加工,可减少固定频率微波加工引起的问题。在VFM加工中,一定频率范围的微波能可在短时间内传入空腔,因而需要确定加工某种材料的最佳频率范围。现已确定了使用VFM设备加工五种不同热塑性塑料基体复合材料的最佳微波频率范围。并且使用此频率的微波可使材料在最佳条件下粘合在一起。
A new technique of microwave processing, namely the processing of variable frequency microwave (VFM), is introduced to reduce the problems caused by microwave processing with fixed frequency. In VFM processing, microwaves of a certain frequency range can be introduced into the cavity in a short period of time, so the optimum frequency range for processing a certain material needs to be determined. The optimum microwave frequency range for processing five different thermoplastic matrix composites using VFM equipment has been identified. And using this frequency of microwaves allows the material to bond together under the best conditions.
