Metafiction,Surfiction,Self-conscious都是对同一种小说形式的命名,翻译成中文有“元小说”“、后设小说”“、超小说”、“自我意识小说”等。这是这样一种小说:是作家自觉或不自觉地将自我意识运用到了小说文本内,用虚构的手法向读者阐释一个现实性的问题——小说本身就是虚构的。既然都指代同一小说形式,那么这些英文命名与中文译名之间存在着怎样的对应关系,为何一种小说形式会出现多种叫法,它们之间的内在联系是什么,是本文所关注和研究的。
Metafiction, Surfiction, and Self-conscious are all names of the same fictional form, which are translated into Chinese as “fiction”, “fiction”, “superfiction”, " Wait. This is a novel in which the writer conscientiously or unconsciously applies self-awareness to the text of a novel and uses fiction to explain to the reader a realistic question - the novel itself is fictional.
