子曰:“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”孔子为我们揭示了一个怎样才能取得好的学习效果的秘密,那就是对学习的热爱。不同的人在同样的学习环境下,学习效果不一样,自身的素质固然重要,我认为最重要的是教师的引导。我在边远穷困的山区从教二十余年,面对教学设备简陋、学生英语基础极差的困境,我探索了一条让学生在轻松愉快的环境中接受知识的好方法,那就是擅长捕捉真实的语言环境引起学生的兴趣。用正确的学习方法引导他们学习,帮助学生树立自信心,
