国内自1957年首例报告多发性硬化症之后,不断有病例报告,迄今巳超过400余例,但多属临床病例分析,尸检病例少有报告。本文报道一比较特殊的尸检病例。
Since the first report of multiple sclerosis in China in 1957, more than 400 cases have been reported so far, but most of them are clinical case analysis. There are few autopsy cases reported. This article reports a more specific autopsy cases.
