教材是用于教学与学习活动的媒介或知识载体,有其内在的逻辑结构和科学性要求。当今社会是高速发展的时代,教材不可避免会滞后于时代的发展,有时甚至与时代发展相脱节。教师应该把握时代对教学的要求,在充分理解和领会教材的基础上,从学生的经验和内在需要出发,根据教材提供的材料,灵活组织和处理现行教材,变书本知识为课堂上的活知识,打破思维定势,开放学生思维,为走进新课程做好铺垫。
