编译六十三、企业的传统、风格与理想以经理个人的第一手情报来判断所属企业固然十分重要,但这不是全部情报。还应对企业进行总体观察。主要观察之点是:1.商品的内容该公司商品是否走俏?企业是否景气?企业市场占有能力如何?市场能力一软弱,仅靠推销力企业是难以为继的。2.技术力量作为企业基础的技术力量是否充分?能否及时掌握新技术?另外,企业的固定设备状况如何?是新式而先进的,还是老式落后的?本身有无技术开发能力?有无最近科研成果?
