企业成长理论竞争优势观的演化趋势、组织认同理论和中国家族企业发展现状表明,组织认同对中国家族企业实现持续成长有着重要意义。基于中国家族企业背景,通过开放式问卷调查和个人访谈编制了组织认同调查问卷,并对位于珠江三角洲、长江三角洲、环渤海地区和西南地区的30家家族企业的960名员工实施了调查。探索性因子分析表明,中国家族企业组织认同呈四因子结构,即发展认同、工作认同、人际认同、文化认同。该结构在验证性因子分析中得到证实。
The evolving trend of the concept of competitive advantage of enterprise growth theory, the theory of organizational identity and the current development of Chinese family-owned enterprises show that organizational identity is of great significance to the sustained growth of family-owned enterprises in China. Based on the background of Chinese family-owned enterprises, an organizational questionnaire was prepared through open questionnaires and personal interviews, and 960 employees of 30 family-run enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, the Bohai Rim and the southwestern region were investigated. Exploratory factor analysis shows that the identification of family business organizations in China presents a four-factor structure, that is, development identity, job identity, interpersonal identity and cultural identity. This structure was confirmed in confirmatory factor analysis.
