研究了无SO条件下水解催化剂γ-Al_2O_3的失活情况,发现水解催化剂中毒可归结为三方面的原因,即表面硫沉积、表面硫酸盐化和表面积下降。催化剂中毒的明显特征是活性与氧含量及温度密切相关,低温时活性对氧不敏感,温度高于200℃时,活性随氧含量增加而急剧下降,并且这种情况是不可逆的,水解催化剂依净化气成分和使用温区的不同而表现出不同的中毒机理。
The deactivation of γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst was studied under SO-free condition. It was found that the poisoning of hydrolysis catalyst could be attributed to three reasons: the surface sulfur deposition, the surface sulfation and the decrease of surface area. The obvious characteristic of catalyst poisoning is that the activity is closely related to the oxygen content and temperature, and the activity is not sensitive to oxygen at low temperature. When the temperature is higher than 200 ℃, the activity decreases sharply with the increase of oxygen content, and the situation is irreversible. Purified gas composition and the use of different temperature zones show different poisoning mechanism.
