复合材料三维编织技术经过近几年的发展,得到了显著的提高。本文论述运用计算机进行三维四步法编织工艺辅助设计,主要包括编织挂纱核子运动分析、织物结构模型和工艺计算三部分,文章分别从设计原理、设计思想、程序流程三方面进行说明。经使用证明,所开发的CAD软件具有实用性、合理性和高可靠性等优点。
Composite three-dimensional weaving technology after the development in recent years, has been significantly improved. This paper discusses the computer aided design of three-dimensional four-step weaving process, which includes three parts: the knitting yarn hacking movement analysis, the fabric structure model and the process calculation. The article states the design principle, design thought and program flow respectively. The use of proof, the development of CAD software has practicality, rationality and high reliability and so on.
