党的十四届六中全会《决议》提出:“在发展社会主义市场经济和对外开放的条件下建设社会主义精神文明,是中国共产党人和中国人民一项艰巨的历史使命”。煤炭企业是国民经济的基础产业,在整个国民经济中占有极其重要的地位,加强煤炭企业精神文明建设有着十分重要的意义。本文试用马克思主义哲学基本原理,结合南屯煤矿精神文明建设实际,对社会主义市场经济条件下煤炭企业精神文明建设谈
The “Resolution” of the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party states: “Building a socialist spiritual civilization under the conditions of developing a socialist market economy and opening to the outside world is a difficult historical mission for the Chinese Communists and the Chinese people.” Coal enterprises are the basic industries of the national economy and occupy an extremely important position in the entire national economy. It is of great significance to strengthen the building of spiritual civilization in coal enterprises. This article tries to use the basic principles of Marxist philosophy, combined with the actual construction of spiritual civilization in Nantun Coal Mine, on the construction of spiritual civilization of coal enterprises in the socialist market economy
