为加快赋予科研院所和高新技术企业自营进出口经营权,扩大科技产品出口,对外贸易经济合作部和国家科委最近联合发文,要求加快赋予科研院所和高新技术企业自营进出口权。放宽内容如下:一、进一步放宽科研院所和高新技术企业自营进出口权的审批标准1.国务院各部委直属科研院所和地方所属副厅(局)级以上科研院所只要提出申请,均可赋予自营进出口权,不再考核其出口供货额。2.其它科研院
