《新华日报》今年3月29日报道:我省1995年销售额超亿元的零售企业共75家,如东县百货总公司名列其中。紧接着《南通日报》于3月31日公布“南通市95财贸企业40强排行榜”,如东县百货总公司为零售10强之一。今年上半年,中小城镇的零售企业大部分营业情况欠佳,而这家企业的销售和税利两项主要经济指标仍居全县商品流通企业前茅。 个中原因就在于这家企业重视商业文化,并善于运用商业文化竞争策略,提高了企业声望,吸引了顾客,
