各位代表先生们!中國人民政治協商會議的第一届全體會议,业已開幕了。從此,中國的歷史已經進入一個完全新的時代——人民民主時代。我代表中国共產黨的全体党員以極愉快和热烈的心情慶祝人民政治協商會議的開幕,慶祝即將由這個會議產生的中华人民共和國及其中央人民政府的成立!中國人民政治協商會議,是中國人民民主统一戰線的組織形式,是全國人民實行革命大團結的一種最重要的具體方式。它在今天開始了自己的工作主後,將長期的继续在中國存在,並將在一切必要的地方建立它的地方組织。中國人民在一百多年來反對帝國主義、封建主義和官僚資本主義的艱苦鬥爭中深深的懂得,必須實行全国人民的革命大團結,才能戰勝壓在自己頭上的强大的敌人,並在戰勝這些敵人後巩固勝利的果實,成功地建設新中国
Dear Delegates, The first plenary session of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference has been opened. Since then, the history of China has entered a completely new era - the era of people’s democracy. I, on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party, celebrate the opening of the People’s Political Consultative Conference in a very pleasant and warm mood and celebrate the establishment of the People’s Republic of China and its Central People’s Government that will soon be brought about by this meeting.
