目前,建筑行业发展迅速,建筑规模不断扩大,工程项目也随之变得复杂,对施工质量管理工作提出了更高的要求。对此,建筑企业要采取有效措施,加强施工质量管理工作。对建筑工程项目的施工质量管理进行了简单概述,分析了其中存在的问题,并探讨了加强施工质量管理的相关措施。
