目的:探讨慢性牙周炎患者外周血中Th_1、Th_2和Th_(17)的分布水平。方法:选取慢性牙周炎患者70例进行研究,分为轻度36例,重度者34例,同时选取同期健康受试者35例进行对照,采用流式细胞仪检测方法检测各组受试者外周血Th_1、Th_2和Th_(17)的分布水平,并对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果:慢性牙周炎患者外周血中Th_1和Th_(17)的含量显著高于健康受试者组,而Th_2所占百分含量显著低于健康组,两组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度慢性牙周炎患者外周血中Th_1和Th_(17)的含量显著高于轻度患者,而Th_2所占百分含量显著低于轻度者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经相关性分析发现,慢性牙周炎的严重度与外周血中Th_1、Th_2和Th_(17)的分布水平显著相关(r=3.108、3.116、-3.207,P均<0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎患者外周血中Th_1、Th_(17)显著升高,Th_2明显降低,且严重程度与其分布水平具有显著相关性,这可能与患者自身免疫力降低有关。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of Th_1, Th_2 and Th_ (17) in peripheral blood of patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods: Seventy patients with chronic periodontitis were selected and divided into 36 cases of mild and 34 cases of severe periodontitis. At the same time, 35 healthy subjects were selected for comparison. Flow cytometry The levels of Th_1, Th_2 and Th_ (17) in peripheral blood were measured and the related data were analyzed statistically. Results: The contents of Th 1 and Th 17 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic periodontitis were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects, while the percentage of Th 2 was significantly lower than that of healthy subjects (P <0.05). The levels of Th 1 and Th 17 in peripheral blood of patients with severe chronic periodontitis were significantly higher than those of mild patients, while the percentage of Th 2 was significantly lower than that of patients with mild chronic periodontitis, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the severity of chronic periodontitis was significantly correlated with the distribution of Th_1, Th_2 and Th17 in peripheral blood (r = 3.108, 3.166, -3.207, P <0.05 respectively) ). Conclusion: The levels of Th_1 and Th_ (17) in peripheral blood of patients with chronic periodontitis are significantly increased, Th_2 is significantly decreased, and the severity of the disease is significantly correlated with its distribution, which may be related to the decreased autoimmune patients.
