“知识经济”已经与“全球一体化”、“世界政治格局多极化”一起成为有关21世纪预测中共识程度最高的趋势与特征。它很好地把现代科技与经济密切地联系在一起,也为当代世界经济出现的令人眼花缭乱的新情况,提供了有力的理论解释。因此,根据知识经济对我国的科技与经济发展带来的挑战和机遇,适时调整我们的发展战略,建立国家创新体系,将是政府有关部门和学术研究人员的重要责任。 1 知识经济是人类社会发展的新形态和新进程。
“Knowledge economy” has become the trend and characteristic of the highest consensus in the forecast of the 21st century together with “global integration” and “multipolarization of the world political pattern.” It closely links modern science and technology with the economy and provides a powerful theoretical explanation for the dazzling new situation in the contemporary world economy. Therefore, according to the challenges and opportunities brought by the knowledge-based economy to China’s science and technology and economic development, it is an important responsibility of government departments and academic researchers to timely adjust our development strategy and establish a national innovation system. A knowledge economy is a new form and a new process of human social development.
