目的选择代表复方关键配伍关系的红花-甘草(君-使)药对为研究对象,通过探讨甘草对红花水提液中有效成分羟基红花黄色素A药代动力学的影响,揭示复方中使药调和作用的物质基础及其机制。方法以三氯乙酸沉淀法去除血浆蛋白,反相高效液相色谱外标法测定羟基红花黄色素A的含量。以DAS 2.0软件拟合药时曲线,计算药代动力学参数。结果配伍前后,羟基红花黄色素的药代动力学曲线分别符合二室开放模型和一室开放模型;配伍后,羟基红花黄色素A的吸收半衰期和消除半衰期明显缩短,药时曲线下面积明显减小。结论甘草促进红花的吸收和消除为其发挥调和作用的机制之一。
Objective To select safflower - licorice root (licorice) as the research object, and to study the effect of licorice on the pharmacokinetics of hydroxysafflor yellow A in the aqueous extract of safflower The material foundation and mechanism of mediating the effect of medicine. After compatibility, the absorption half-life and elimination half-life of hydroxysafflor yellow A significantly shortened, and the area under the curve Significantly reduced. Conclusion Glycyrrhiza uralensis to promote the absorption and elimination of safflower play one of its mechanisms of reconciliation.
