(一)美帝国主义在支持国民党反动派进行反人民战争失败之后,接着又在东方发动了侵略朝鲜的战争,美帝国主义给中国人民上了一次大课,又大大提醒了中国人民,懂得了「中国革命与反革命之间的斗争没有完结」的一条真理;因而把经济建设任务必须与政治斗争任务密切结合起来,就成为一九五一年工作总的方针。这一方针的贯澈,无疑义的将使人民民主专政的政治基础、经济基础日益巩固。以为「敌人打倒了没有敌人了」的想法是完全错误的。在美帝国主义发动侵朝战争之后,土匪、特务、反动道首、恶霸地主及其它反革命分子,认为时几已到,策动内应,以叛卖人民祖国;他们组织暴乱、破坏生产、制造谣言、挑拨团结、收集情报、报复倒算。所有这些反革命破坏活动,并不奇怪,因为他们都是帝国主义的走狗,他们都是美帝国主义在背后策划,他们都是美帝国主义侵略计划中直接间接地配合行动。

They organized riots, sabotaged production, rumored and scripted Unity, intelligence gathering, revenge calculation. It is not surprising that all these counterrevolutionary sabotage activities are carried out because they are all lackeys of imperialism. All of them are the planners behind the plan of U.S. imperialism and they all act directly and indirectly in the plan of U.S. imperialist aggression.
