E-Z株麻疹减毒活疫苗用人二倍体细胞培养,以明胶缓冲液为稳定剂。使用时滴度为10~(4.6)蚀斑形成单位(PFU)/0.7ml。93名4～6月龄冈比亚婴儿分五种接种方案免疫,他们的分组及免疫前、后蚀斑抑制(PI)抗体情况如表所示。
E-Z strain live attenuated measles vaccine with human diploid cell culture, gelatin buffer as a stabilizer. Titers used when 10 ~ (4.6) plaque forming units (PFU) /0.7ml. Ninety-three to six-month-old Gambian infants were immunized with five vaccination protocols. Their grouping and immunosuppressive (PI) antibody status are shown in the table.
