【摘 要】
：
为了建立冬小麦抗低水氮逆境下的化学调控技术措施，并阐明外源α-酮戊二酸对低水氮胁迫下小麦生长状况及氮代谢的调节效应，本试验于2012-2013年分别在人工气候室和大田条件下，以周麦22为试验材料，研究了外源喷施5mmol·L-1的α-酮戊二酸对低水氮胁迫下室内小麦幼苗的氮代谢和大田小麦产量性状的影响。主要研究结果如下：1.在低水、低氮、低水氮胁迫下，小麦幼苗的生物量显著降低，添加α-酮戊二酸之后，
